Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Support our Cybersecurity Engineering Team on multiple high-fidelity King Air Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTDs) for the Navy.
- Apply security controls on RHEL and Windows computer subsystems to support the program's cybersecurity and operating system requirements.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineers, Project Engineers, and Program Managers to map out tasks for the day.
- Work a mix of desk-based and on-the-floor tasks on Flight Simulation Training Devices.
- Engage in hands-on experience with computer software applications and computer hardware.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity.3-5 years of Government Cybersecurity experience.IAT Level 2 Certification or equivalent.Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Skills
Proficiency in RHEL and Windows (patching, troubleshooting, and command line).Experience with Domain Controller & Group Policy configuration.Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle.Knowledge of C++, Python, and Bash.Tools and Systems
