Facilities Support Technician

Based in Elkhart, IN

$22 – $24 per hour, based on experience

Worldwide Foam is hiring a Facilities Support Technician to help keep our facility and equipment running smoothly. This hands-on role includes preventive maintenance, building care, and supporting the maintenance team with a variety of tasks. You'll handle equipment inspections, assist with small projects, maintain company vehicles, and ensure safety standards are followed at all times. You'll also play a key role in keeping production operations efficient by addressing issues quickly, communicating clearly with team members, and stepping in to support wherever needed.

We're looking for someone with at least two years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of basic maintenance systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in different conditions, and operate basic tools safely.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with opportunities for overtime or split shifts as needed. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24 per hour depending on experience.
