Job Title : ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM / ITIL)
Responsibilities :
- Lead enhancements and configuration within ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Align existing ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
- Support modules including Incident Management, Service Catalog, Request Fulfilment, Change Enablement, and Asset Management (Hardware & Software).
- Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the ServiceNow environment.
- Provide guidance on ITSM process maturity and optimization
Required Skills :
8+ years of experience in IT Service Management with at least 5 years in ServiceNow.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.Deep knowledge of ITIL Framework and best practices.Proven ability to bridge the gap between technology and process.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ServiceNow certification(s) and ITIL certification preferred.Work Site : Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration : 12-Month Contract (possible extension or conversion to FTE)
Expected Start Date : Immediate
