Ambassador Personnel is hiring 1st and 2nd shift Welders for our Manufacturing client in Trussville, AL. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to join a great company!

Position Overview :

The Welder will be responsible for producing strong, penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent. Welders must be able to read tape measures and angle finders, read and interpret blueprint drawings, as well as AWS symbols. The Welder will verify finished parts to print specifications and quality standards. Robotic welding experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Candidate must be able to weld vertical, flat, and overhead.
• Operate acetylene torches.
• Candidate must have exceptional math skills, including metric systems and angles.
• Knowledge of basic operation of robotic weld cell.
