NMLS Licensed Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor with hybrid work options after training.

Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned pipeline of 40-60+ loans daily and weekly

Process loans from application through closing, including document collection and review

Communicate expectations and status updates with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience

Must have worked in a processing role within the past 12 months

Solid knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fully paperless system

NMLS-MLO license preferred or willingness to obtain
