Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the long-term operational strategy to support the company's business objectives.

Operational Efficiency : Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across all business functions. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and directors. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Ensure effective collaboration between different departments including finance, human resources, marketing, and IT.
Facilitate smooth communication and integration of business processes.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic management in a senior role.
