As the Senior Director of Business Operations at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of our company.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the long-term operational strategy to support the company's business objectives.

Collaborate with senior executives to align operations with overall company goals.

Operational Efficiency : Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across all business functions. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and directors. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination : Ensure effective collaboration between different departments including finance, human resources, marketing, and IT.

Facilitate smooth communication and integration of business processes.

Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operational initiatives.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Project Management : Oversee major projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic management in a senior role.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in leading large, cross-functional teams.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and drive operational excellence.
