The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
As a key member of our team, the Automotive Service Manager will oversee all aspects of our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
Create and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely completion of all repairs and maintenance work
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of appointments
Monitor and manage service department performance, including productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
Hire, train, and supervise service technicians and support staff
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
Review and approve all service department expenses and invoices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive service management preferred
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes and procedures
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with dealership management systems
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
