Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supporting production
  • Strong background in welding and 5-axis machining
  • Tooling experience is a plus (not required)
  • Experience moving hardware through production (project engineering)
  • Manage production issues and implement mitigation plans
  • continuous improvements - clear out NCs and ECRs
  • Understanding of complex assemblies

Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required.

  • Aerospace or automotive machine tooling and assembly tooling development experience, or similar
  • Experience in different operating environments including research & development, as well as production
  • Experience coordinating or managing small projects from the technical leadership side of things
  • Comfortability leading communication with multiple teams to make the product better
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary Range : $90K-140K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Note : Due to nature of work, only US Persons (citizens or permanent residents) need apply for this position.

Location : On-site in Kent, WA or Huntsville, Alabama is preferred. For candidates that meet all qualifications, remote with travel may be considered.
