The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a heavy and complex caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

This role involves direct client contact, case investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, negotiations, and court appearances.

Job Details

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases, including significant trial experience.
• Experience with subrogation claims.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong ethical and professional standards.
