Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member - Claims Specialist
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Claims Specialist for Jeremy Senn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success.
You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.
- Build relationships with State Farm adjusters to establish rapport for future claims.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
