Key Responsibilities
Lead program and project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives
Drive strategic planning and goal management in collaboration with Sales leadership
Manage reporting and performance analysis to support data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar role
Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills
Expertise in project and program management with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Experience in sales operations or strategic project delivery within technology or professional services is desirable
