Clinical Laboratory Technician

Pay Rate : $35-40 / hour

Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities :
- Collect, label, and process biological samples such as blood, received from partner labs and physicians.
- Perform both routine and advanced lab tests following established methods and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and quality standards throughout the lab process.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on lab instruments.
- Document and interpret test outcomes with precision, maintaining meticulous records for reports and review.
- Maintain a safe and orderly lab environment, strictly following all safety protocols.
- Work closely with research teams, healthcare providers, and lab personnel to ensure efficient sample tracking and seamless data collection.
Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory, including moderate to high-complexity testing.
- Clinical Laboratory Technician / Technologist certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) preferred .
