Registered Nurse Float Critical Care Nights
Job Description
The Opportunity :
We are hiring a full time night shift RN for our High Acuity Critical Care Float Pool team. This position will float between 2-3 of our 4 main locations.
These locations are at the Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City and Overland Park.
Shift Details
Night Shift
Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance.
The Work
- In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
- Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
- We are seeking experienced nurses who provide patient centered care with compassion and empathy.
- We are seeking natural leaders who love to help everyone succeed and ensures every patient on the unit is receiving exceptional patient care.
