Overview Apparel Graphics Designer I, Youth at Under Armour. This role focuses on bringing Under Armour stories to life visually on product, working with Design leadership from ideation through final execution.
Graphic Designer I – Youth will support our Youth product and collaborate with leadership to ensure projects progress from creative development to production (tech packs).
Your Impact Work collaboratively with Design leadership and team members to produce brand-relevant apparel graphics, tees and trims that reflect Under Armour’s DNA and standards.
Gather, prepare, and present conceptual ideas.
Demonstrate flexibility, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Build and manage tech packs.
Provide design support for the broader design team as needed beyond assigned projects and categories.
Stay dialed into graphic and apparel trends, art, and sport culture.
Responsibilities Develop and deliver graphic concepts from ideation through production.
Collaborate with Design leadership to ensure alignment with brand standards and product goals.
Qualifications BA, BFA in Graphic or Industrial Design
2-5+ years of experience preferred
Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of screen-printing, trim design, and apparel construction
Workplace Location Location : This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
Work Schedule : Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, in-office requirement increases to 4 days per week.
Travel : International and domestic travel as needed.
Relocation Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount.
Base Compensation $61,808.00 - $84,986.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
