Contract Duration : 12 Weeks
Shift : 6 AM - 6 PM
Pay Rate : $30 per hour
Position Overview :
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMA) for a 12-week contract position in Lincoln, NE.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to deepen their experience while providing quality care to patients in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for side effects or changes in condition.
- Provide essential support to nursing staff in delivering patient care.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Document and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Qualifications :
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Nebraska.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to day-to-day challenges.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care during the 12-week contract period.
