Job Title : Registered Nurse - Home Health
Job Location : Lacey, WA
Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Non-Billable Orientation : 40 hours
Responsibilities :
- Travel between home health visits with up to a 50+ mile radius
- Provide care and documentation using EPIC
- Start date : ASAP
- Shift : 8-hour days, 5 days a week
- Guaranteed hours : Up to one shift per pay period may be called off by the facility if necessary
Requirements :
- Experience : 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- Certifications : BLS
- First-timers accepted : No
- On-call : No
- Weekend work : Not required
- Licensure : Pending license accepted
Special Requirements :
- Must have own transportation; the system groups clients to minimize windshield time
- EPIC experience is preferred
- OASIS experience preferred but not required (please note if not experienced)
