Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a K-12 school setting on a contract basis for the current school year. This opportunity offers the chance to support students' communication development across a diverse range of ages and educational needs.

Location : Greenwood, Arkansas

Responsibilities include :

Conducting speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs
Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
Providing direct speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintaining accurate documentation and data on student performance and therapy sessions
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs

Qualifications :

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required

Experience providing speech and language therapy in an educational setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff

Ability to handle caseload management and documentation efficiently
