Specifically, we're looking for future legends that are looking to get drafted and start their professional career. We are hiring in our ticket sales department very soon, and if you want to be the best and be a part of something special that is on the rise, the Pacers are the team for you.

Whether your name is Tyrese Haliburton or you work in our Ticket Sales Department, the Pacers believe in constant improvement. We believe in training, training and more training we ARE talking about practice! Our management team will be working with you every step of the way to ensure you become a champion.

You'll be mentored by a management team that has a combined 30+ years of sports sales and management experience. They will be conducting your training and teaching you everything you need to know to perform at a high level. Additionally, you'll have support from an accomplished senior management team including one Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award Winner and another architect of the longest sellout streak in professional sports history.

The Gameplan

This is a phenomenal launching point to begin your career in sports ticket sales. You'll be making phone calls, scheduling meetings, and attending events with qualified Pacers ticket prospects to sell them ticket packages. You'll develop and manage relationships while providing outstanding customer service both over the phone and on game nights. The majority of your time will be spent in the office where our culture is the strongest, but you may work various community and in-arena events, along with all of our 41+ home games. We don't expect you to already understand how to sell tickets. We'll provide you with first class training and support to help you be successful.

This is a one-year entry-level position with an anticipated start date in February 2026 (exact date to be determined).

Essential Duties

• Complete 100 outbound tasks per day with outreach to qualified prospects with the intent to generate full season and partial season ticket sales
• Manage relationships of the ticket package accounts you sell
• Be available to work up to 41+ home games
• In every position, each employee is expected to align with PS&E's mission and core values along with actively participating in company-sponsored community outreach programs.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements : To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Education and / or experience : Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Note : This is a full-time position that works 40 hours per week with compensation consisting of an hourly wage plus commission and bonuses based on job performance. Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
