Electrical Foreman

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of job crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee and improve work quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and job site organization.
- Apply National Electrical Code knowledge.
- Support pre-bidding and bidding processes.
Qualifications for Success
- High School diploma or GED.
- 10+ years as an Industrial Electrician, 2+ years as a Foreman.
- NCCER certification or State License preferred.
- Proficient in BMS / EPMS systems and NEC / OSHA standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.

Note : To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education / training, key skills, and other considerations.
