job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee all aspects of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor relations Lead process improvement and change management initiatives to streamline operations Develop, train, and mentor AP staff while promoting collaboration and accountability Partner with accounting leadership on month-end close and reporting Implement best practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including management or supervisory roles Proven background in process improvement and change management Strong systems and Excel skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities CPA or Controller-level background a plus (must be comfortable focusing solely on AP management)
