Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Figma Pro Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a Figma expert with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to ensure high-quality design deliverables that align with brand standards and business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in UI / UX design with a strong focus on Figma.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, auto-layout, and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects and design problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and research findings into visually compelling design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
  • Maintain and update component libraries, design tokens, and style guides within Figma.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Support usability testing by creating prototypes and iterating designs based on user feedback.
  • Ensure design outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging best practices in UI / UX design.
