A law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Trial Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including trial experience.
The ideal candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and will have the opportunity to work in both in-person and remote arrangements.

Duties :
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Conduct legal research and analysis on civil litigation issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony
- Negotiate settlements and participate in settlement conferences
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with trial experience
- Admission to the California Bar
- Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills
- Excellent written communication and legal drafting abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Admission to the California State Bar
Skills :
- Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
- Knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
