As a driving force behind our user experience initiatives, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion design thinking, and create interfaces that resonate with audiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers in creating seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Define UX strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform concepts into compelling designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize usability and aesthetics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into design processes.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and lead workshops to foster a design-thinking culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience as a UX Director or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX / UI design projects and innovative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide design teams.
  • Strategic thinking and the capacity to translate user insights into impactful design strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
