Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, people-first Warehouse / Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Hunt Valley facility . You’ll be responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing personnel, and optimizing efficiency — all while driving both financial and environmental results .

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills , a background in warehouse or manufacturing environments , and a passion for process improvement.

Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload.

Qualifications :

BIG PLUS : OSHA or Lean Six Sigma certification.
