Key Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive Assessments : Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges.
• Personalized Treatment Plans : Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions : Provide effective direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Progress Monitoring : Continually assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborative Communication : Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster effective communication and support for our students.
• Professional Development : Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in the field.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure in CA.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
