Compensation :
$85,000 - $180,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with businesses across various industries in Westport, CT to identify opportunities for future growth
- Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients in navigating purchase / sale agreements effectively
- Analyze market demographics, population trends, and environmental factors to provide valuable insights to buyers and sellers for informed decision-making
- Ensure prompt and efficient follow-up on all customer inquiries and leads to deliver exceptional customer service
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers on property prices and oversee the closing process to guarantee accuracy and legality
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License or currently pursuing one is required for this position.
- Demonstrated expertise in industry practices and lease language is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising practices is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
