M9 Solutions is seeking a Data Specialist to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC .

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, an active Public Trust is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enable the project to meet a clinical mission to improve the safety, quality, efficiency, through an enterprise-wide single standard.
  • Work with a passionate and involved client to improve the project through the maintenance of applications and creation of new solutions.
  • Effectively leverage resources to accelerate design to delivery of applications and solutions to the projects system.
  • Work involves project management, data analysis, visualization, and pulling data from the team's corporate data warehouse using Structured Query Language (SQL) and operating within a SAFe agile framework.
  • Act as a leader on the ART team, support professional growth within the technical environment (SQL, Power BI, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively with both the client and Agile teams by respecting diverse ideas and coordinating tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Work Authorization : US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation for a Public Trust clearance, an active Public Trust is preferred.
  • Experience with engaging stakeholders through customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skillset with experience developing queries and cleaning and harmonizing data, strong preference for experience working with clinical or healthcare data.
  • Knowledge with data to create appropriate SQL queries that answer the questions at hand when developing solutions.
  • Experience visualizing data using Power BI and incorporating feedback from team members and product owners.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using strong analytical skills that prioritize user-centric solutions.
  • Knowledge of basic agile principles and methodologies, as this role involves directly supporting an ART team.
  • Ability to deliver within Sprint timelines and proactively maintain project momentum, anticipate needs, and minimize risks.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and instructions; listen and interpret feedback constructively; identify and appropriately report roadblocks, challenges, and dependencies that could impact delivery.
  • Ability to ensure high-quality work products through effective prioritization, organization, and curiosity.

Full-Time Employee Compensation

  • M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

$60,000 - $180,000 USD
