As a Roofing Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales. This position is commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and estimates to prospective clients.-Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.-Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to conduct thorough roofing inspections and accurately assess customer needs.-Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales proposals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
