Duties and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mission-critical environments at client sites.
• Oversee all phases of project management, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for data center projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Manage the construction and upgrade of back-of-house and white space infrastructure.
• Partner with industry-leading designers to develop customized designs that meet client needs.
• Provide solutions for outdated and energy-efficient equipment upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime during retrofits.
• Implement hot and cold aisle containment solutions for existing data centers.
• Procure, install, or replace equipment such as Electrical Distribution Systems, UPS systems, Generators, ATSs, HVAC systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Work closely with manufacturers to select and source equipment that matches specific project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator in the electrical contracting industry, preferably with a focus on data centers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and data center infrastructure.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, clients, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in mission-critical environments with minimal downtime.
