Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available within a school setting in Santa Cruz, CA. This role involves working with a diverse K-12 caseload, delivering behavior analytic services to support student success.

Position Details :

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Contract position starting ASAP
  • Location : Santa Cruz, California
  • Work with a varied K-12 student population

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior strategies
  • Qualifications :

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting a K-12 caseload preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
