Job Summary and Responsibilities

Immediate opportunity for a Behavioral Health Specialist - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Primary Care clinic - 42nd and L St.

Extensive training and orientation program

Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations

Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation

Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work

Must have an active license in state of practice - NE : LIMHP

Pay Range
