  • 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong experience in implementing enterprise TDM solutions
  • Handson experience in using TDM tools like Delphix (Highly preferred), Broadcom, K2View etc
  • Define and oversee implementation of Test Data Strategy
  • Co-ordinate with different teams (Infra, Network, Security, DBA, Tools teams, Application / QA teams) for TDM tool installation, configuration and connectivity setup
  • Involve in planning sessions to understand upcoming release-scope and data requirements
  • Manage incoming TDM requirements and define priorities
  • Define and implement TDM standards and processes
  • Support technical issues within the team
  • Identify Risks, Issues & Dependencies impacting Test Data management activities
  • Communicates status reports, major updates, risks and changes to client Manager
  • Offshore coordination and review of TDM deliverables
