We are looking for motivated and talented Disposition Agents to join our energetic team.
Job Description : As a Disposition Agent, you will be instrumental in our success by effectively marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within specified timeframes.
You will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and Disposition Manager, utilizing various communication channels to engage potential buyers, showcase properties, and facilitate successful transactions.
Your skills in building relationships, overcoming objections, and driving sales will be essential in maximizing revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with Buyers & Wholesalers to drive sales and overcome objections.
- Promptly respond to leads via email, text, and phone to propel business forward.
- Monitor property status throughout the sales process, coordinating with the sales team as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to devise pricing strategies for optimal profitability.
- Maintain detailed records in the company CRM and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated passion for sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed financially.
- Well-presented, detail-oriented, and capable of building long-term relationships.
- Previous real estate experience is highly preferred, including experience with title, mortgage loan processing, or related roles.
- Must be coachable
Compensation :
Competitive base salary with a lucrative commission structure, enabling earnings over $100,000 per year
