Position Summary :
- Role will be seen as the technical SME working on technical issues and requirements that impact program success.
- As an expert in SAP Fieldglass technology, candidate will use expertise to further resolve critical issues and broad design matters.
- Ability to develop business requirements with stakeholders and assist technical team with right-sizing solutions is key.
Role will require trouble shooting errors, work closely with other members of program team, including BT, operations, change management and program mgmt.
Requirement :
- 6+ Years Experience as a Technical Systems Analyst.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- MUST have SAP Fieldglass experience to help with technical hands on work with program.
- Ideally would also have working knowledge of COUPA platform.
- A nice to have would be experience with Salesforce CRM.
