Mid-Level Systems Engineer

Overview :

H13 seeks specialized technical expertise to support the full-lifecycle design, integration, and deployment of advanced systems. The position encompasses end-to-end systems engineering activities, from requirements definition through verification and validation.

Travel : None anticipated Clearance :

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Requirements :

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) : Strong understanding of software development best practices and engineering principles.
• Systems Integration : Knowledge of system architecture and software integration techniques, with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Requirements Engineering : Experience in developing and analyzing functional, performance, and interface requirements.
• Test and Validation : Familiarity with test case development, unit testing, and hardware-software integration validation.
• Fielding Expertise : Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, operational range or field environment with a focus on delivering deployable products. Ability to work collaboratively with others to meet established goals and program schedules.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher)

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $82,010 - $149,900 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
