What You’ll Do

Handle various aspects of personal injury and / or workers compensation litigation; prepare legal briefs and other pleadings; motion hearings; mediations and depositions.

Manage the day-to-day running of a case, including client interface.

Conduct thorough, top-notch research; determine effective litigation strategies.

Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and relevant parties to secure favorable settlements for clients.

Prepare trial material and handle pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.

What You Bring

Education : Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school, plus admission to state bar

Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience in in personal injury and / or workers compensation

Real Estate experience a plus

Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills, plus outstanding client care skills.

Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential.

Must be organized, analytical and logical.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
