Position Overview :
We are searching for a skilled Construction Superintendent with over 5 years of experience on ground-up wooden frame multi-home projects valued up to $60 million.
The successful candidate will be a key player in their operations, with a clear pathway to step into a Project Manager role in the near future.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with the company and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols and quality controls.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation related to project progress and compliance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multi-home construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects up to $60 million using wooden frame.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
