Job Summary
This position is responsible for the successful completion of projects and written documentation of standards to meet external accreditation (NCQA, URAC, etc.
and State regulatory requirements, coordinating the activities with internal areas at the enterprise and plan levels of the company and with external accreditation agencies, monitoring department activities for accreditation, maintaining oversight of the reporting requirements, managing credentialing audits for the enterprise and for the development and maintenance of enterprise policies, procedures and audit tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years managed care experience involving independent judgment.
- 5 years experience in accreditation programs (i.e., NCQA or URAC programs) or experience in quality review.
- 3 years leadership or training experience.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in Word, Adobe
- Experience with policy creation, review and annotation
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role : 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range
$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
