JobSummary :
Asa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Little Angeles you will playa crucial role in providing highquality compassionate care topediatric patients.
You will assist in daily patient careactivities under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) andmedical providers. Responsibilities include supporting patientswith activities of daily living maintaining patient hygienerecording vital signs and assisting in clinical tasks such asmedical documentation and patient preparation.
You will also ensurea safe and comforting environment for children while effectivelycommunicating with families and the healthcare team to supportpatient careplans.
Responsibilities :
- Responsiblefor giving medications and feedings under supervision ofRN.
- Responsiblefor daily hygiene such as diaper changing towel bath skincareetc.
- Responsiblefor assisting and supervising children duringtransportation.
- Thoroughreporting from the parent and communicating with the center nursingstaff.
- Ensuringpatient safety while children / infants play in associated carerooms.
- Monitoringpatient interaction and toleration of dailyactivities.
- Responsiblefor meal prepping laundry and light cleaningduties.
- Mustbe willing to participate in daycare activities with thechildren.
Requirements
- Currentactive CNA license.
- CurrentCPRcertification
- Mustbe familiar with EMRdocumentation.
- Pediatricexperiencepreferred.
- Candidatesmust be available for variableshifts.
- Candidateswill work in the East Orlando or Longwoodlocation
