I am looking for highly motivated individuals that want to learn from a Mentor Agent. You will be trained on selling Life Insurance, Business Insurance and Personal Lines Insurance.

Requirements
Able to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Confident, self-starter who works well within a team and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass financial and criminal background check
Bilingual is a plus but not needed
Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses prior to starting
Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships
One year minimum sales experience preferred but not needed
