Client Partnership Manager
Location : Atlanta (Midtown) 30361
Remote : 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Employees : 30 Team Size : 7

Reports To : VP of Client Services
Most Important Responsibilities :
- Acting as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Providing strategic insight to help clients meet their business goals
- Running kickoffs, status meetings, responding to requests, overseeing deliverables
- Maintaining deep insight into your accounts’ goals, industry trends, and products
- Developing tactics to improve workflow efficiencies and drive more traffic to assets
- Creating project scopes and deliverables, managing budgets and SOWs
- Leading quarterly and annual planning initiatives for your accounts
What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization :
- 3+ years of experience in an agency, as an account manager or project manager
- Digital expert who is always keeping up to date with advertising channels and best practices
- Experience building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
- Experience overseeing website design and development projects
- Understanding of social, web, mobile, CRM, CMS, marketing campaigns, and more
