Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $260,000 annually for 0-2 years of experience; $275,000 annually for 2+ years of experience.
- Sign-On Bonus : A generous $100,000 sign-on bonus.
- Premium Pay : 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours.
- Shift Differential : Additional compensation for evening and night shifts.
- Cardiac CRNA Stipend : Additional stipend available for those involved in cardiac care.
- Retention Stipend : Offered for the first two years to support and retain our valued team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia services in various settings including the hospital’s operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
- Work independently across different surgical specialties while also supervising associated processes.
- Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Schedule and Shift Details :
- This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.
- No on-call responsibilities for CRNAs; evening, night, and weekend shifts are covered by in-house CRNAs to ensure work-life balance.
