Express Permits Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Operations Manager. Express Permits Inc. works directly with Florida licensed contractors to pull construction permits on their behalf. This is not an entry level position. A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years verifiable experience applying for various types of commercial and residential permits throughout the state of Florida. Preferred types of construction permits include roofing, new construction, remodels, and additions. This is a high paced position requiring multitasking skills, attention to detail, and research abilities. Customer service skills and highly proficient computer skills are also a necessity to this position. The ability to read and comprehend construction plans is preferred. This is a work from home position but the employee must be based in the state of Florida. Job duties of the Operations Manager are as follows :

• Oversee day to day operations
• Review projects handled by the Account Managers for accuracy and errors
• Reporting and job progress tracking
• De-escalate customer complaints / issues
• Work directly with the Director of Permitting to ensure all projects are completed smoothly and accurately
• Process a minimum of 10 permits per week
