Position Overview :
Toyota of Olympia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our dynamic and long-standing team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, with a proven track record of running strong numbers and driving both profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of vehicle financing, including loan origination, contract finalization, and leasing options.
- Provide expert advice to customers on available financing options and aftermarket products, ensuring an exceptional and customer-centric experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit opportunities, running strong numbers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all deals are compliant with regulatory requirements and accurately documented.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns related to financing in a prompt and professional manner.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams to achieve business objectives, running strong and consistent numbers.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
