Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery Job Summary The Department of Neurology is recruiting for a Spine Fellow to support the Department.

The faculty member in this position will report to the Director of the Spine Fellowship and the Chairman of the Department of Neurology.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be : participate in clinical teaching activities and provide direct or consultative neurological care for patients (adults and / or children) with neurosurgical illness in.

In addition, this position will attend on the Neurosurgical inpatient unit and / or consultative services and / or provide coverage for other faculty, and acquire and improve skills in research and teaching pertinent to future leadership roles in Academic Medicine.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Demonstrated proficiency in patient care, teaching, communication skills, and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and work well with multidisciplinary professionals in varied organizational and community relationships.
