Backend Python Developer

A company is looking for a Backend Python Developer with aerospace experience for a hybrid remote position in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop ground satellite operations software using Python and AWS services

Create Python microservices focusing on scalability, security, cost, and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement features, and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

4+ years of professional experience in backend development, DevOps, or a related role

Proficiency in Python and experience with Java or C++

Experience deploying and maintaining software in Kubernetes and using AWS services
