job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFlexible Scheduling : Work 2–3 days per week, with a minimum of 1 patient per day Autonomy & Impact : Deliver care in the field with full clinical independence Specialized Training : Participate in a comprehensive 3-week onboarding program to ensure confidence and clinical readiness Innovative Tools : Use cutting-edge technology like UltraMIST to drive superior patient outcomes Streamlined Operations : Administrative and insurance tasks are handled by support teams—your focus stays on patient care Daily Rate : $500 per day Schedule : 2–3 days / week, minimum 1 patient / day Contract Type : 1099 Independent Contractor Travel locally throughout Victoria and surrounding areas to provide comprehensive wound care Conduct assessments, reach informed diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Perform procedures including debridement, biologic patch application, and UltraMIST therapy Document encounters using AdvancedMD EMR Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and wound care specialists to ensure continuity of care Build trust and compassion in every patient interaction Active and unrestricted NP or PA license with board certification Willingness to travel within the designated service area Availability for Monday–Friday training schedule (initial onboarding) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered wound care Willingness to travel out-of-state for initial training DEA not required Training : Paid 3-week full-time onboarding (Mon–Fri, day shifts) Week 1 : Virtual orientation and EMR training Weeks 2 & 3 : 4–5 days of in-person clinical training with an Advanced Wound Care Trainer (travel required)

A rapidly expanding mobile wound care organization is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver advanced wound care services to patients in homes and care facilities throughout Victoria, Texas and surrounding areas. This is a part-time 1099 contractor role offering flexible scheduling, competitive daily pay, and specialized training.
