- Base salary plus a lucrative production bonus
- Full benefits plus malpractice and 4 weeks of vacation time (to start)
- General interventional pain management
- Mid-level support with many procedures
- Office has 7 physicians plus a PA, NP, and MA
- Must be a board-certified or board-eligible resident
- Will consider a PM&R, anesthesia, or neurology residency
