Overview

Job Summary : As the Production Manager at PJ Fitzpatrick, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the exterior home improvement process, including siding, roofing, and window installations. This role involves coordinating the workflow, managing installation teams, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the company's high standards of quality. You will work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and optimal resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of exterior remodeling projects and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Manage, train, and mentor production teams to achieve quality control and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and logistics to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to communicate project updates and manage customer expectations.
• Implement best practices to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Address any issues that arise during the installation process and implement corrective actions.
