As restaurant operations manager you will oversee daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
You will play an integral role in enhancing the overall dining experience!
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead the opening and closing shifts
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences
- Assist the GM with cost management, sales growth, and hiring / training staff
- Conduct inventories, order supplies, and handle deliveries
- Promote teamwork, address challenges with tact, and work varied shift
Assistant General Manager Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- 2+ years of exposure to the back of the BOH systems
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Expertise with inventory and costing
